Types of accreditations
Certified Proactivanet ITAM Consultant, focused on Proactivanet Discovery and Asset Management
Certified Proactivanet ITSM Consultant, focused on processes of Proactivanet Service Desk, which is organized in three cumulative levels (certification in the lower levels is a prerequisite for certification in a higher level). These three levels are:
- PCC ITSM5, which focuses on the basic processes of Proactivanet Service Desk, with the goal of helping organizations stabilize their management processes.
- PCC ITSM11, which adds new processes from Proactivanet Service Desk, with the goal of helping organizations stabilize their management processes.
- PCC ITSM14, which adds the latest processes from Proactivanet Service Desk, in pursuit of optimization and implementation of a culture of continuous improvement.
